Orient Palace - Bielany Wroclawskie

The checked-out receptionist charged in EUR instead of PLN, resulting in an unexpected overcharge. I was charged around 13 EUR per person for breakfast, which did not meet my expectations of quality or value. The experience felt frustrating and unprofessional, leaving me disappointed with the stay.

Reasonably good breakfasts, the stay was really really nice!

enjoyed bielany wroclawskie, the hotel was quiet and absolutely fantastic to the logistic area. had facilities needed in my double room, including a kettle and air conditioning. the bed was comfortable and i had a private bathroom.

The room was beautiful and nice with kids or for business and they provided wake-up service when I asked. A refrigerator, an electric kettle and central heating were much appreciated. All of the staff were wonderful, lovely...

Ja, so the brekkie was super lekker, with all sorts of tasty Polish dishes and fresh coffee. Plus, the staff were solid, sorted us with a late beer before closing, sharp-sharp bruh! Good vibes in a clean room with comfy beds, really.

Only downside was the pillows, a bit standard for my liking, but I had my own anyway.

Great family room, nice indoor pool, but no A/C made it quite warm at night.

Had a lovely stay! The breakfast was superb with plenty of options, and access to the pool was such a treat. Unfortunately, the cosy family room was a bit too warm at night with no AC.

The cleanliness and comfort of the double room were excellent, with a nice bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. The food options were varied and delicious, especially in the Indian restaurant, though make sure to request spicy dishes if that's your preference. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made for a restless night, especially during the heat. Noise from a wedding party disrupted sleep until early morning hours, concerning given local noise laws.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with everything from traditional Polish dishes to a good selection of cheeses and fresh coffee. Plus, the room was clean, with a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. Very good value overall.

our honeymoon stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the sauna was amazing and provided much-needed relaxation. the convenient parking and comfortable beds added to the overall wonderful experience.

Pillows were too big for my sensitive neck.

It's a great looking and quiet place to stay just 4 km away from Palac. the staff are amazingly nice and friendly. - They managed the parking on site. - I would be happy to recommend this hotel and will be returning here soon.

The food selection here is fantastic, we loved it, and the family room is recently renovated with modern furniture, a lovely bathroom, and heating.
